This gear plant has more than 500 sets of advanced equipment including equipment from Gleason bevel gear machine from Gleason, USA, gear hobbing machine from Peauter, Germany, gear shaping machine from Sykes, Britain, gear shaving machine from PaiDemm, Italy and high precision gear grinding machine from Hungarian Mfg, Hungary. In addition, we have a carburizing furnace with rotary hearth and automatic atmospheric control, manufactured by Euroclear Srl Co, Italy. Using all this, we are able to control the microstructure, carbon concentration and carburized layer depth of all the gears that we produce.
